altimeter
barometer
thermometer
thermoscanner (point the watch at something to tell the temp of it)
heart rate monitor
digital camera
pda (OnHand PC, Fossil)
USB memory storage
GPS
mp3 playback/recording

and not forgetting the old wristwatch games (Donkey Kong, Zelda,
Super Mario Bros, Pac-Man, Q-Bert, Frogger, Starwing/Starfox etc.)
