Hmmm...that's because it cost money for the manufacturer to provide
subtitles. Most of those new downloadable subtitles will be from third
party companies speciliazed for this.

And yet, downloadable java apps on phones are almost a billion dollar
business. What gives? Maybe there is a market there?
