Oops, my bad regarding Producer; while it can work with AVI's, the
current versions seem to only export WMV.

Regarding scan converters, the ones over a grand definitely perform
better. The Faroudja and the Communications Specialties Scan--Do Ultra
lines give amazing output, in real time, which is handy if you're
wanting to switch cameras and computer sources live.
