Don't sweat it.

He jumped all over me a while back as well, preaching about stuff that most
of us in the biz have been practicing for a long time. I suspect that he
thinks that he is the only one to ever have these thoughts.

Or maybe he just wants to feel like we all take HIM seriously, and respect
HIM . . .
