Nero is for burning a lump of preauthored data on a blank disc - not for
authoring DVD Video discs from scratch.

Download the free trial of Ulead DVD Workshop:

Then download the 720×576 sample MPEG-2 clips on this page:
<http://www.elecard.com/download/mpeg_clips.shtml>

Create a PAL DVD project in Ulead DVD Workshop, import the clips into
your project, and burn a disc.
