No, I only signed up for the �9.99 package as well, no need to sign up for a
premium one. I waited for the account activation email to arrive then
cancelled it all straight away. The voucher arrived in my mail the next day,
and my purchases - 2 more for my rapidly expanding Studio Ghibli
collection - were shipped today.
