You didn't mention what format your source/editing video is?
DV perhaps?

Since DV and Betacam are effectively identical in quality, you
could simply export your video back onto DV and then have
someone dub it to Betacam. Of course the economics of doing
your own Betacam output vs. sending it out depend on several
other factors which we cannot discern from your narrative.
