Strange that you should say that - one of the first reports on the Toshiba
HD-DVD player is that it takes over 60 seconds from power on, to when a disc
will actually be able to start playing in the unit. While not anything of a
killer issue, I do believe it is reflective of the lower class architecture
that Toshiba is aiming for with this product. Hopefully US models (next
week?) will show a bit more enthusiasm. ;o)
