Does Anyone know if there's any software around that will allow
automatic / batch creation & writing of a DVD video?

I'm thinking something along the lines of a program that has a watch
folder that you drop mpeg-2 files, a descriptor file (xml?), and a
jpeg for the menu, into which then goes off and creates the DVD.

Failing that, can anyone point me to the DVD video spec that'd allow
me to write my own program to do this?
