And it also *clearly* states that your voucher will be received 'within 28
days of registration'...

If anyone is yet to receive their voucher, I would personally recommend that
you print out and keep the page that contains the offer with the small
print. Personally I don't think you're gonna have a problem with this - if
they'd had a change of heart, they would have updated their website by now!
