Hi,

Can the gurus out there please recommend me a DVD recorder. Here is a list
of what I'd _ideally_ like.

1) DVD play and record all formats. PAL & NTSC (record in NTSC not
important). Multiregion (not vital).

2) Zoom out -- proper zoom out so that I can avoid TV overscan and see the
full image from the dvd. I'm fed up with missing the edges on some
widescreen aspect ratios.

3) Hard disk recording from Freeview or, ideally, any av source. The
bigger the hard disk size the better, built in Freeview would be good too.

4) Burn to dvd anything recorded by 3).

5) Play avi -- DivX and XviD formats. Upgrade to future DivX and XviD
releases??

Does such a machine exist?
