Richard:

I agree 100 percent with what you've written. They have been e-mailed
and no response was received. I waited until now to respond to your
post in order to give them sufficient time to respond.

Also, there's a reason why I posted a message to this thread, and a
similar thread with the subject "How to convert DVD/Video to
iPod/PSP?" back on April 12. Someone posted to that thread under the
name "itinysoft" <itinysoft@yahoo.com>, so it seemed to me that that
individual might be a principal in the company since the full name of
the product is iTinySoft Total Video Converter.

I posted to this thread because iTinySoft Total Video Converter is
marketed through the EffectMatrix Ltd. Web site. The message to which
I responded in this thread was posted by "Hanson Woo"
<hansewu@sohu.com>. It turns out that the effectmatrix.com domain name
is registered to a Wu Zhiqiang <hansewu@sohu.com> of Shenzhen, China,
so I figured, once again, that I might receive a response here in the
newsgroup, but it seems that neither newsgroup postings nor e-mail
messages receive responses.

Bill Gates had dinner with President Jintao of China last evening.
Perhaps I should have crashed the party and lodged a complaint about
the customer service non-responsiveness of certain Chinese-based
software companies. I'm sure that Bill is discussing Chinese
government non-responsiveness to Western concerns about intellectual
property rights and the protection thereof and, of course, Microsoft's
expansion into China.

Regards,
