Yeah, you're right. I was actually quite impressed with the rental service
(I got one of my highest priority choices next day) but this whole thing
really steps on any 'I'd never really thought about online rental but it
actually works pretty well' feelings I was having.

Just meant to mention in my last message...my voucher was actually caught in
my spam filters, so if any of you aren't getting anything from them, maybe
try checking your bulk mail/trashcan or whatever your spam is put in.
