What a carry on it's becoming. According to another reply someone had, they
are aware many customers are having the same problem. Yet, Claudine seems to
be in the dark (or may just be acting dumb, who knows anymore?)

Well, it only takes a minute to fire off an email so I'm going to keep at
them for a while yet.
