If it makes sense to you, then propose it somewhere
else. Ideas can pick up momentum that way. Then
eventually, someone in the EFF or other such org,
whose job it is to confront those who want to chisel
away at our rights, will realize that it is a good
potential tool for their arsenal.

From that point, it will have to be re-written into
governmentspeak, to look like a real, proposed law;
then explained to some sympathetic lawmaker that
it could be proposed to counter a very bad law that
might look like it will pass.

Hold no illusions that it will become law--big media
would only let that happen over their dead body.

However, if it can change the debate, break up the
momentum of intrusive and oppressive laws proposed
by big media and others, again and again, then it will
have done a good service to all of us.

But the first step is to like the idea enough to tell
others about it. That is something we all can do
which takes little effort indeed.
