Dear all,

I have an HP computer and DVD player. Recently, all DVDs that I play
have a garbled sound. While I can still hear the sound from the
movies, it is very annoying. CompUSA claims that my speakers are fine.
Unfortunately, they also claim that my warranty does not cover this
problem. Any suggestions for rectifying this problem would be greatly
appreciated.
