Quite, just when the conversation gets interesting it fizzles out. I think
that says all that is required to prove that one brand is better than
another is more than likely brand loyalty and therefore all in the head!

In the days of audio tapes one could actually hear the difference and
purchase accordingly. Now it seems the end user has only anecdotal evidence
to go on.

I'd be delighted for someone to prove me wrong.
