Please ignore my first post .. it was poorly thought out and will cause
confusion and most will miss the actual question while ggetting cought up in
pedantic observations...

this is it

I wish to use my copy of Nero 6X (6.6.0.14) with a USB2 external enclosure
and a good quality Burner.
is this possible or is it necessary to buy an unit already assembled with
oem software
