What you really need is an actual cable and Larry's suggestion that
the mini plug side be a right angle is good. You need the male XLR on
the other end.
I have 2 of these and a friend of mine made them up for me as I am not
good at soldering and he also knows the correct pin configuration on
the XLR side.
