Use your imagination. To to the left edge of the page you
didn't like and click on "Everything in Audio Cables" or
"Connectors and Adapters" and find what you are asking
for.

Since you didn't give a good enough description for us to
understand what you are asking for, you are the only one
who can look at the various cables and adapters and decide
which one is the one you are looking for.

If you want to make your own, I have some info online....

interchange the XLR and mini-phone ends and genders
