 The article seemed balanced, thoughtful, and detailed (well, detailed
 enough for me!).
 
 I had not previously thought much about the logical complexities of the
 problem. It was good of Julia Layton to bring that in as well.
 
 My impression of her writing is that if she had written some of the
 user manuals about DVD recorders, you wouldn't have had any
 difficulties ;-) ... as well as some of the manuals I have had problems
 with.
 
 I'll bookmark the site's home page (although I think I have it
 already). If her article is representative, it should be a valuable
 resource.
