What brand/model MP3 player is it?

Keep in mind that all the big brand names like Samsung, Creative, Apple,
iRiver, etc. include software with their players. They also make some
"PlaysForSure" players, which are basically guaranteed to work with
Windows Media Player. And Creative makes players which are drag-and-drop
capable.......

But anyway, if you can tell us the make and model of the player, maybe
together we can find out how to easily and reliable load it up.
