We don't tell them about condoms. The Bush administration has exported an
"abstinence" message as part of it's deal with the religious right.
Africans hear that and laugh. They are not taught about condoms.
If the Bush Administration would get it's stick out of it's butt and teach
Africans about condoms, they might listen.
As to the costs of world poverty on this board, just look at the estimated
