What else do you use this monitor for? Is it possible you "adjusted" it
for another application? How does a (hardware-source) test pattern
circle look? (circular or otherwise...maybe the monitor has a hardware
problem). Do you wear glasses? Changed the prescription lately? Have
you changed the monitor's orientation WRT (with respect to) north?
(some are more sensitive to the earth's magnetic field than others.....
