I'm trying to program my Star Choice remote (Motorola DSR500 satellite
receiver) so that it will operate with my Digitec ALDV808 DVD player
but no code seems to work.

I tried the Scan option but it didn't seem to have found any
compatible code match.

A search for Digitec didn't produce much except that it is made by
Funai and Mitsubishi who also make Symphonic, Emerson, Durabrand, and
other brands.

I'll try entering codes for those brands but in the meantime, anyone
have any suggestions?
