I did not know you had two screenshots on that one image file.

I have never seen this happen and I have seen a huge number of scans
on CDFreaks.

You may have some kind of agent in background like that idiotic InCD
that used to come with Nero.

Nothing I can think of. The fact that you could create and test a data
disc tells me things are configured properly.

Did you finalize the +R disc you tried to scan?
