SS is paid EVERY TIME. I think what you're talking about are the supposed
funds held back to cover future claims against the insurance part, which
congress opened up for pilfering. It was "supposed" to be independant, also
optional, but you know how they do things.

Say what you want, but when it comes to schools, the left wing is simply
wrong. They lack the ability to discipline with their hippy views and PC
nonsense. Everyone loses.

They're a natural progression of politics on this scale.

People do, and they support the party that they believe (right or wrong) has
their most important views as their own. You'll never be able to have a
party that has all of its members views as its own of any significant size.
But, honestly, at the congressional level, votes don't always go party
lines. They vote for what their electors want. You've got a few that are
so set that they don't really give a shit, like Boxxer, et al, but, hey,
that's the benefits of having such an uneducated voting pool.

Teachers don't really spank the kids, ideally. A third party does. And if
the parents were doing their jobs, the school wouldn't have to teach the
child discipline to begin with. The child is WRONGED by not being taught
discipline if the parent won't.

The problem isn't the good parents, though.
