Most Americans can't read or write correct English much less a foreign
language. If you asked them what is a copulative verb they would think
you mean "fornicate".

If you attempt to separate the masses based on IQ, you are immediately
accused of being a racist. So you are forced to "integrate downwards"
resulting in the least common denominator for students.

As long as students believe politically correct bullshit like Lincoln
freed the slaves, they get thru public education.
