No, you don't. Really, you don't. How do I know? Because
Delivery Confirmation doesn't cost 60 cents.....AND because
any half-experienced eBay seller would be using online
postage. You'd be paying 14 cents for eDC (unless you were
paying $0.00 for Priority eDC).
