Yes you need to go to http://azureus.sourceforge.net/ and download
azureus there. It runs on windows or Mac. You should learn about bit
torrent too by google searching bit torrent tutorial.
then when you have the program installed, head on over to
thepiratebay.com or isohunt.com and find lots of music!
