Sounds like AOL syndrome to me - build up a client base that thinks
it's not smart or "tech savvy" enough to get things done by themselves.

Fake problem is old news...and since AllOfMP3 can't confirm that qulity
of all of their media, it seems like they're prone to failure as well
in the fake-files department.
