Out of which hat came those statistics? Apple definetly has made some
really crappy software. It took a couple of generations for FCP to become
ripe for instance.

Awww, c'mon. Apple already for year's uses COTS-components for their
hardware. It's the strictness of control which keeps it rather bugfree
