It is a ratio of the number of searches for a particular search item
over the total number of searches. I don't know why it doesn't give a
number, but I assume that the number would be very small (0.00001 or
something like that). Not really sure why it doesn't give an absolute
number either since that is much simpler and clearer. You can
probably get an idea of the popularity of the search item by searching
it in combination with other search item, for instance -

Probably the sound card. Sony Viao is very good with great sound and
I think has surround sound (I don't have access to mine at the moment
so I can't check).
