Still not clear whether you are asking about volunteer
opportunities, or paying employment? If the former, you
can be your own producer and work with local performing
groups, etc.

If the latter, good luck. It used to be that public television
did some amount of produciton of classical music, but these
days it appears to have evaporated to a drip here or a drop
there.
