u got that right. in fact, when the problems occurred they tried every way
in the world to make it operator error . . now mind you they were talking to
my son who has a masters in computer programming who actually at one point
during the three days of hell, threw the phone across the room, bursting it
into at least a dozen pieces. we all looked at him as he sat there staring
at the screen and watching the steam roll up off his shoulders and head then
someone chuckled and we all burst into the wildest form of laughter as he
turned around and said (verbatium) "they can stick this thing up their ass!"
again we all burst into multiple rounds of laughter until we cried. my
stomach hurt for three days aftewards :o)

we had nearly $10K in this garbage and had a royal apple up our rectum. and
a line of BS that travled all the way across the country. my son who at the
time had just turned into an apple/mac supporter said, "that's it for me and
apple, they can stick everyone of their icrap up their waazoo until it pokes
out their pea brains." that's when he delivered to me the articles on 86%
of primetime television and hollywood movies being edited on avid software.
a former windows hater, he now has a picture of bill gates on his wall which
has a hand written caption "cool guy" and an apple logo with a worm poking
it's head out of a hole in the apple :o) with a handwritten caption which
says, "only worms like apples" and a triangle made up of a pc on one point,
avid on another, and a windows logo on the third, with a caption which
reads, "10million can't be wrong" but he won't tell anyone what all this
means, he says someday we'll understand. btw, he has a beta copy of vista
which he says is the future of pc, mutltmedia, and gaming, and the end of
apple and sony. perhaps you understand, although i must admit i don't.
