Maybe it's a combination. Maybe his ISP is having brownouts, on top of the
fact his cable modem *and* WinMX installation both are fucked, and he's
"upgraded" to IE7. He could even be cutting himself off deliberately, out of
badness. Who knows? Who cares???!!!
