That is the right question to ask ;-) Philadephia is a big market. There
will be many small production companies capable of helping you out. From
Philadelphia Craig's List I got this hit:

I know nothing about the company. However, call them. If they don't do
what you need they may have recommendations. Don't dismiss the Yellow
Pages. They won't list all the production companies, but I found a
half-dozen. Talk to the one's listed. Keep talking to people & you will
likely find someone with samples that appeal to you who will work with your
budget.
