Use VideoReDo to fix it. It has a tool called "Adjust Audio
Synchronization" which is progressive. I had a clip that was out 1
second at the start of the clip and 2 seconds out at the end of the
clip. VRD fixed it well enough that I cannot tell it was out at all.
