As I understand it, CBS have effectively taken over Paramount Home Ent.,
delaying both R1 and R2 releases of the show, though there are
undoubtedly other reasons for the delay too. The R2 S5 will come eventually.

You may also, however, be interested in the below response that someone
at FrasierOnline.co.uk got when they wrote Paramount:
