I have to agree also. I'm about 4 hours away from there mailing site. I
order the 1st 3 movies say it's a Monday.
I wont get them till wed. Watch all of them on the same day. Mail comes at
10am So I have lots of time.
Put them in the mail Thursday, They get them on Sat, (So they say) The next
one's on my list are sent out on Monday again. At this rate I'm getting not
quite 12 a month. Have to allow for short months. But over a 3 month period
it will work out at 3 per week. A few times a month they would have to have
the movies sent out from other locations and that would also cause a delay.
In one month I got Disc's that were cracked at the hub and could not be
played. Never got any comp disc's to cover for the one's that were bad.

Other times, they would have the wrong disc in the sleeve. Again, No sorry,
we will make it right.

My local video store always has 95% of the movies in stock. And at 1.99 ea.,
3 for 5.00 It was a no brainier for me to get them local. The place is
approx. 3 blocks away from my house also. They also have a deal that if you
placed your order on there website, And it's not in stock that day you get
the next movie for free.

I've read that if the person renting movies has a fast turn-around Netflix
delay's the shipment to save a few on shipping. They also hope the user will
forget to return them quick so that they save again on the shipping costs.
The TV ad states back and forth shipping is about one day. I never saw that
happen and there only a 3 hour drive from here.

Some people have great luck with them and others don't. It happens. It
didn't work for me. But If it works for others then great.

Membership was 5.00 when they 1st opened. That gives you access to there web
site order site. Now there membership price is 7.50 and a lifetime price.
They have been open for over 2 yrs now and if your ever unhappy with there
service they will refund you the membership price without question.
