Netflix has a nice easy to use feature concerning damged or lost in mail
disc's. You report the title showed up damaged and it gives you a cpl
option. Either they will send you a replacement copy immediatly even before
you mail the dmged one back if you wish or they will send you the next item
in Queue but its up to you. Beyond that what more do you think they should
do? Their not charging you a per title fee so they don't really need to
"comp" you if you get a bad disc, they simply replace it. Its only happened
to me 2x in around 5 yrs I think and they were always fast about a
replacement.
