My mount was just a couple of pieces of 3/16 thick 4" angle iron from
a commercial non pen mount I butted together and welded. I set the 3
1/2 " center pipe in that and welded it on.
I guess the weak link was the red heads I used, apparently I was out
of 1/2" so I used 1/4". :)
Funny thing, it was fine for the three bigger storms last year. I used
it for KU the entire time in 90MPH+ wind.
It fell perfectly on its face, all I had to do was straighten the
legs.
I think I will try tapcons this time around. Hahaha
