I got as bad disc and it cost me time. It took 2 weeks to get the
movie that arrived damaged in the mail. Here is where Netflix needs
better service. Perhaps they can prevent shipment damage better by
mailing the disc with a piece of cardboard. Their advertisement says
"receive DVDs in about one bushiness day." Well, I was notified on
Monday that my DVD will arrive on Friday--hardly the next day. They
need to change their advertisement here. But, in all, Netflix is a
good deal. Movie rental stores arrange their discs by category
instead of alphabetically, making it very difficult to find the movies
you want particularly if you want to rent a half dozen. With Netflix,
it's fast any easy to find what you want.
