They sent me disc TWO of the Larry Sanders show first season on Weds,
here it's Saturday and still no disk ONE, despite it supposedly being
sent the same day. It's like sending the second half of Ben Hur and
waiting a week before sending the first half. Amazing.

That was my last straw with them. Funny, I've never seen a service go
from so good to so bad to this degree. Absolutely the worst.
