You make terrible use of style rules, like I already said in the first
post on the topic.
The whole point of CSS is to separate styles from content, which makes
the page load faster and also makes it much easier to make changes.
You, however, have thrown your style rules all over the document along
with the content, completely defeating their purpose.
This will lead to either headaches (in editing/cleaning up) or redundant
code (and thus longer loading times and wasted bandwidth) when you make
any additions or changes to your page.
