Again, from the press release you link to, I'm not sure they do:

"In addition, Hansen said Blue Ray Technologies (www.blueraygroup.com)

The "would be an..." says to me they aren't running yet, and reading
other press releases from their web site says to me they aren't yet up
for HD disc manufacture.
