Nero seems to be ranked the best but poor customer support. I
installed from the CD in the box that I just bought. The first thing I
always do is update. I went to their site to update and mine could not
be updated so had to download an entire new program. The Help software
is a different download, is not integrated, and does not seem to work.
Even the program seems very slow and buggy. I thought I would
re-install the original from the box.

I think that update was about 2 months ago. I would think that they
would have a new integrated download by now.

Anyone know what is going on with them?
