Slightly higher by how much? And how much do std DVDs cost to make? And
how much is the dropout rate for DVDs, and how much more is it for HD DVD?

Give me actual numbers now, since you said you knew them.

But I don't think you do. Just like you don't know grammar. "All but"
means that HD DVD would be using *none* of the standard processes. You
probably meant "nothing but," although even that's not true, since HD DVD
requires slight modifications to existing equipment.
