It looks like Best Buy has made exclusive arrangements with Warner to
package the 2-disk _King Kong_ collector's edition (containing the tin box
and all the memorabilia) with _Son of Kong_ and _Mighty Joe Young_.
Although these three titles will also be available in a specially-priced
bundle for around $26, you would only be getting the _King Kong_ special
edition -- not the collector's edition.

If you were to purchase the _King Kong_ collector's edition separately, you
would need to spend around $25-$30 for that and then around $15 each if you
later decided to get _Son of Kong_ and _Mighty Joe Young_, for a total of
$50-$55. On the other hand, you could buy the regular 3-title bundle and
then purchase the special edition separately. That would cost between
$50-$55 and you would end up with two copies of _King Kong_, but maybe the
extra special edition would make a nice Xmas gift. With the Best Buy
exclusive bundle, it appears that you can have it all for $33.99 and no
duplicate titles.

It looks like the 3-title bundle (as well as the Best Buy exclusive bundle)
does not have proprietary packaging or different silkscreen artwork on the
DVDs. The three separate titles just appear to be bundled together.
