Fair enough. How about ignoring the second question and answering the
first about anyone who doesn't agree with you being ignorant. Can you do
that?

And vice versa.
You see, the minute you start believing your preference, be it for a
Mac, a PC, an iPod, a Zen Vision:M or any number of alternate mp3
players, is a universal thing - the minute you start evangelizing and
assuming that it's better for everyone and not just yourself - that's
the minute you start "losing' and looking like a slavering loony.
You need to understand that there is no magic bullet. One device is
better for some people, the other is better for other people.
Some of us can use both and enjoy both, some can't stand one and love
the other. The end result of that kind of thing is laughably pathetic
sites such as dapreview or any number of the more rabid pro or anti-mac
sites.
In the end, so long as you remember that your choice is only important
to you and people like you, the more everyone wins and nobody loses.
No-one is forcing you to use an iPod or ITMS, just like no-one is
forcing you to use Creative or Sony products. You have plenty of
choices. The fact that lots of people have bought an iPod, and lots
continue to buy iPods is up to them. It doesn't automatically make those
purchasers stupid or sheep, and suggesting otherwise is the height of
arrogance and, dare I say it, ignorance. The two often go hand in hand,
of course.

Sigh. Impressively content-free. It would have been useful had you
actually posted an example of such, rather than let us guess. We are
ignorant, after all.
